Our newest class is Rotate Your Plank. An Elevate 60 class with an emphasis on twists and core strength.
Our newest Elevate 35 class gets you standing taller in 35 minutes.
A member favorite, Lower Body Focus moves at a great pace to both challenge AND educate.
Our most POPULAR class in June was Core and More. A simple express practice that takes the basic exercises up a notch.
