Strength & Length is a guided exercise program designed by Wini Linguvic, rooted in the science of mobility and flexibility.
These classes combine evidence-based techniques to build strength, flexibility, improve joint health, and boost balance.
Expect to reduce tightness and stiffness while gaining practical tools for better movement and overall well-being.
Ten classes will change the way you exercise.

Strength & Length is a comprehensive and ADAPTABLE class that not only strengthens and increases flexibility but also teaches you how to modify exercises so they work for you.

Strength & Length classes do not focus on traditional yoga poses.
In contrast to yoga, which often emphasizes holding static postures and flowing sequences, Strength & Length prioritizes functional strength and mobility exercises that apply directly to your daily life.
My goal is for YOU to be able to do the things you love, and our classes will help you build the strength and mobility to practice yoga and do any other activities that bring you joy.
I would be happy to recommend a local yoga class if you're interested in traditional yoga.

Our lesson plans vary month to month but each class includes:
Warm-Up:
Gentle movements to prepare your body.
Mobility Work:
Exercises for hips, shoulders, and back to improve flexibility and reduce joint pain.
Strength Building:
Functional strength and balance exercises designed to build core strength and improve posture.
Pain Free Stretching
Adaptable stretches taught progressively so you can increase flexibility safely.
Technical Breath Work: Guided breathing to improve focus and reduce stress

This is a great way to see what our classes are about and decide if they’re right for you.

Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
All other props we used, such as blocks or straps, will be provided.

Regular attendance is encouraged (but not necessary.
Most of our students supplement their weekly class (or monthly class - I know life get’s busy!) with our FABULOUS online classes. Please ask me about if how that works!
