All About Core Strength

One of my FAVORITE core training exercises is featured in this week's quick HOW TO video.

But BEFORE we dive in-

Let's talk a bit about training the CORE.

A strong CORE translates to moving better, breathing deeper, AND having WAY less ache when you wake up in the morning.

Most people think core training is ALL about a zillion sit-ups or crunches.

These absolutely train your abs but are not THAT effective at training your CORE.

Because the CORE is not JUST your abs.

Your core includes your abs, the mid and lower back (where we tend to feel SUPER compressed), AND your hips (where we tend to feel stuck and tight).

And this short video breaks down The Dead Bug Series, one of my FAVORITE exercises to strengthen and stabilize the WHOLE core.

And YEP, the exercise is called Dead Bug, but there is nothing passive (or buggy) about it.
