One of the questions I get from students over 50 is how to build balance as a beginner.

As we age, we want to make sure we are working on balance and stability both for everyday activities AND to decrease our risk of falling.

In our classes, we work on balance and stability in a step-by-step approach. The most important thing to remember is to start slowly and stay consistent, and that balance CAN improve when you work gradually with the right exercises.
