Morning Stretch for Lower Back Pain
A step-by-step guide to a morning stretch for lower back pain
This video demonstrates one of my favorite morning stretch for the low back. It is also is fabulous for the shoulders, back, hips, and legs. This stretch is named after the German word "Bretzel," which means pretzel. It is a lighthearted name for a stretch that makes you feel like you can twist in all directions!
What this morning stretch does for lower back pain
The Bretzel stretch is a great way to stretch your upper and lower back, giving you deep relief and more flexibility. This stretch also helps open up your hips and shoulders, letting you move more easily. By doing the Bretzel regularly, you will feel less tight.
Please watch the video below for step-by-step instructions on how to do the Bretzel stretch.
