“How can I stretch my back and shoulders after sitting all day? I want to get up every hour or so to stretch out the constant tightness— what should I start with?”

I do this series most days to decompress the back and the best part is that you can even do it outside, against a tree or the side of a building. Be sure to hold each stretch for about 15 seconds.
