Good To Know
💪 Core Strength with Blocks is our newest class. This one was a HUGE hit over the weekend.
⭐️ If you feel a bit tight please do the first twenty minutes of our newest class. Life changing.

What's New At The Elevate Practice
Our newest member class is Progressive Twists. The progressive twisting warm-up will CHANGE the way you think about reclining warm-ups.
I usually don't start classes on my back because I feel students get too sleepy.....notice how THIS warm-up actually wakes you UP.
Our newest shorty style class is Core Strength With Blocks.
