It is that UNUSUAL week between Christmas and New Years.
We are never sure what we should be doing.
Should we be preparing for January?
Or winding down from December?
Should we be working?
Should we rest?
Perhaps we can simply WITNESS.
Please take a few minutes today and gift yourself the luxury of simply BEING.
And most of all remember this:
You are ALREADY strong.
If you weren't you would not have made it this FAR.
Your practice simply UNCOVERS the strength that is ALREADY there.
Keep showing up.
Your body adapts to the practices you do.
